Project: Integral Views

Manifesto

Integral Views is a politically non-platforming PHC Public Interest project for examining contested events, ideas, policies, political claims, governance failures and matters involving public figures. It does not assume that every claim is equally valid, nor does it treat political neutrality as the absence of judgement. Instead, it applies an explicit evidence-led and integrative method: establish what is documented; separate fact from interpretation and rhetoric; map the values, assumptions and partial insights within competing worldviews; follow the incentives and systems shaping behaviour; and form a reasoned conclusion that reflects the strength of the evidence. Where a Concern currently sits within a project named for a politician or other public figure, it may be progressively redirected into Integral Views when the substantive subject is better understood as a policy, institutional, cultural, legal, economic or governance issue. Public figures may remain relevant actors or sources of claims, but they are not granted the project platform and are not treated as the issue itself.
