Journal
The PHC Journal facility is where ctivity is recorded, evidence is built, and reports are produced.
The three tools below work together:
- Timechunks – Create and maintain journal entries for work done (date, hours, category, narrative). Typically several entries per day, forming the auditable timeline of project activity.
- Contribution [PICS, Ayu] – One record per day (per project) capturing your overall contribution and impact: non-timechunk activity (e.g., SCALPED comments/engagement) plus a plain-text “difference made today” reflection, which can include total hours spent.
- Shareout – Review share-out statements and summaries that distribute value from the Share Pot using the recorded contributions and the project’s rules.
- Test Questions – Practice questions from a range of exams, including Questions on PHC Methodology. At March 2026 the only exam covered is the 'APM Foundation for Project Management'. The expansion of this list will be driven by PHC Consortium member interest.
