Project: Oliver Pembroke - Public Focus

Oliver Pembroke – Public Focus is a PHC Project created to provide a structured Open Concerns space around public financial guidance, especially where tax, pensions, inheritance planning and retirement decisions affect ordinary households. The project is not presented as financial advice, endorsement, opposition, or collaboration by PHC Port. Its purpose is to capture and organise concerns raised by Oliver Pembroke’s public explanations and by the issues they expose, such as gifting property, care-fee planning, inheritance tax assumptions, pension decisions and HMRC compliance. The focus is on helping people identify risks before making irreversible financial choices.
