Phase 2 of the Arini Method pilot begins with the Training of Trainers (Months 4–6). These trainers are the bridge between the method's philosophy and its practical delivery within each EcoSociety. They’re not just facilitators, they’re culture carriers.
There is a concernabout whether this critical step will be executed thoroughly: Are the trainers selected wisely? Is the curriculum clear and culturally attuned? Will training be interactive, value-based, and competency-assessed?
