from our experience in Oyo state, Nigeria, the strenght of an Funding Ready rests on secure land. Before building, ownership must must be settled both legally and culturally. in Oyo, we achieved the peace of mind by obtaining the community validation. This will be followed by formal registration with the State Government. We are involving the community in the project and have highlighted the benefits accrued. they have their request though, which we are keenly attending to.
i encourage every Funding Ready to secure clear land rights before any construction begins
