Description:
Phase 2 of the Arini Method pilot (Months 4–6) focuses on training local trainers who will carry forward the method in their respective EcoSociety settings. This includes intensive workshops, certification processes, and establishing support systems for those trained.
This Concern highlights whether the training process will be high-quality, timely, well-supported, and locally sustainable. Not just delivered, but internalised and practiced by those who will influence children directly.

Desired Outcome:
Deliver certified and confident trainers through external consultant support

What Could Go Wrong:
Trainer quality may vary, impacting fidelity of Arini Method delivery

Current Situation:
Plans exist, but local trainer pipelines are not yet formalized
