I agree with Paul regarding the relevance of property value to our collective claim. I have concerns about the timing of his bankruptcy and whether there was any wrongdoing involved. It seems he may have used the property as collateral for personal loans, which could violate club rules. I am curious if the brothers from North Cornwall are connected to his bankruptcy and if we should consider reporting him for investigation.
