Description:
Phase 1 of the Arini Method pilot is about laying the foundation: community consultation, training program setup, and feedback mechanism design, all meant to occur in the first 3 months.
There is a concern about whether each EcoSociety has realistically assessed its capacity to start on time, hit these milestones, and absorb the early workload.
It’s about logistical, human, and emotional readiness: Do the people involved understand the timeline? Are resources available? Has the groundwork already begun?
Desired Outcome:
Ensure communities are prepared for consultation and training activities in Months 1–3
What Could Go Wrong:
Delays in early-stage setup could jeopardize the pilot success
Current Situation:
Communities are awaiting final training dates and unclear on feedback system setup

Issue detailed checklists and initiate readiness calls with each EcoSociety lead
