Concern #229 - Central Community Hub readiness

Description:
The Central Community Hub is a key physical and symbolic anchor in the Arini Method’s second phase (Months 10–12). It serves as a multi-functional space for learning, parental engagement, health services, and local coordination, a visible embodiment of the Funding Ready’s values.
There is a concern about whether each pilot Funding Ready is truly ready to establish and operate such a hub: in terms of space, staffing, infrastructure, community buy-in, and sustainability.

Desired Outcome:
Create a vibrant hub integrating education, health, and community functions

What Could Go Wrong:
Delays or poor setup may limit accessibility and momentum

Current Situation:
Some sites have proposed spaces, but many lack confirmed hubs

Action Strategy:
Define minimal viable requirements and offer phased setup support

Concern Category:

Comments for this Concern Item

At present, we are preparing 'blindly' sort of. It would help if the organizers define the minimum viable requirements and provide phased setup support so that local teams can play realistically and not overstretch resources.
In Oyo state, we are adapting established school hall, though for a fee. Others could go for Community center or faith/based facility, instead of waiting for a full build/out.
This would give us a working base for activities while leaving room to expand as resources and support grow
