Concern #244 - Establishing a process of continuous improvement

Description:
Continuous improvement is the process of regularly reviewing, learning, and adapting, ensuring that The Arini Method evolves in response to real-world outcomes, community feedback, and emerging insights. It's not a one-time evaluation, but a culture of refinement.
There is concern about whether the systems, mindset, and feedback channels are in place within each pilot EcoSociety to sustain a cycle of reflection and progress, well beyond the initial rollout.

Refine the model using community feedback and evolving needs

What Could Go Wrong:
Lack of responsiveness may lead to stagnation or disconnect

Current Situation:
Improvement loop mentioned for Year 3, structure not yet tested
