Description:
The Central Community Hub is a key physical and symbolic anchor in the Arini Method’s second phase (Months 10–12). It serves as a multi-functional space for learning, parental engagement, health services, community meetings, and local coordination. A visible embodiment of the EcoSociety’s values.
There is a concern about whether each pilot EcoSociety is truly ready to establish and operate such a hub, including premises, staffing, service integration, community support, and ongoing sustainability.
Desired Outcome:
Create a vibrant hub integrating education, health, and community functions
What Could Go Wrong:
Delays or poor setup may limit accessibility and momentum
Current Situation:
Some sites have proposed spaces, but many lack confirmed hubs
Action Strategy:
Define minimal viable requirements and offer phased setup support
