I'm suspicious regarding the timing of his bankruptcy and wonder if you know who was instrumental in it?
The reason I ask is because of his illegal use of the property as collateral for loans he took out personally (or as a management company)which was not permitted under the rules of the club.
The charges against the property were on behalf of two brothers from North Cornwall who loaned the money. The loans were repaid and i presume charges removed and noted by Land Registry. My investigstions at the time showed that the "retired" Saltmarsh opened a property development company with said brothers at the time he purchased the leases. I pointed this out to the group at the time. It would be interesting to know if the sane brothers are the people behind bankruptung him.
I ask because it is already further proof of his dishonesty as he used his age and intended retiremebt as leverage to get the sympathy vote from those who sold their weeks below their value whilst actively planning a new career as a property developer. I wonder wether we should all report him to the police to investigate him and the management company et al now, in tandem with our civil case? I wonder wether his purchases could ve declared void by such a criminal conviction?
