Concern #256 - Unclear training roles and assessment standards

Description:
The success of The Arini Method depends on clear, well-executed training for educators, facilitators, and community leaders. Each pilot site needs to understand who is being trained, who is delivering the training, what standards apply, and how competency will be assessed.
There is a concern about gaps in clarity regarding training roles, responsibilities, and assessment benchmarks, especially across diverse regions with varying educational backgrounds and expectations.

Trainers and staff know who trains, how certification works, and what success looks like
